OUR MARINA

Marina Rental
Charges.

There are no refunds on any berth fees paid to us for any long or short term advance payments so make sure you only pay as you go if you are not sure just how long you are staying with us.

Please inform us by 12 Noon each day if you wish to stay another day on the marina or the full daily rate will be charged after that time. Weekly rates are payable in advance in order to receive this discounted rate, otherwise the daily rate will apply.

If you are paying the daily rate and decide you would like to stay for a week, let us know by 12 Noon on the 3rd day in the week and we will be happy to amend the charges to the discounted weekly rate for the whole week (providing this is paid in advance).

If you pay the weekly rate and decide to stay extra days the normal daily rate will apply, however the above applies for subsequent weeks at a time.
ALL MARINA FEES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept Cash or Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard/Amex) for berth rental and for the key deposit. No cheques are accepted without prior arrangement with Management. Eftpos is available.
CARE OF YOUR VESSEL

Please do not go away and leave your Boat here without making prior arrangements with the Marina Office
CAR

We have a car available for members to use, around the local area of Hervey Bay. The car is a dual cab ute. Please enquire at the office.
GATE / FACILITIES KEYS

A key is required for entry and exit to the Gates and Facilities (Toilets/ Showers/ Laundry) which are located at the side of the Terminal Building. A $100.00 Cash or Card Deposit is required for the key deposit and will be refunded upon the key return.
LOCAL FACILITIES

A variety of takeaway food is available within the Great Sandy Straits Marina Terminal Building. Gas is available from the service station at the fuel dock.

A local Bus Service runs from the Marina to all major centres in Hervey Bay. Please ask us for a timetable. A red “Post Box” is located on the footpath at the entrance to the Terminal Building.
LAUNDRY

The Laundry is located at the side of the Terminal Building and tokens are required for the washing machines and driers and are available from the Marina Office.The Laundry is for use of the Marina Tenants only.You are not permitted to hang laundry from your vessel.
